Connecting Open Dental to HoneyGrid enables two Grid Filters:
Customers: customer households in each hex
Market Share: Customers divided by total Households in each hex

How to Connect Open Dental to HoneyGrid

In Open Dental, go to Reports > User Query
IMPORTANT Set Format to Raw
Type SELECT * FROM patient in the large white box
Click Submit Query
Click Export in the bottom right
Enter a filename using this format: [DATE] [PRACTICE NAME] Patient List
Example: 2023-12-31 Smiley Dental Patient ListClick Save
